By accessing or using K-Nine Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Trainer Accounts
Trainers are independent professionals who use K-Nine Pros as a business management tool. K-Nine Pros does not employ trainers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of training services provided. Trainers are responsible for maintaining appropriate certifications, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
4. Client Accounts
Dog owners may create accounts to access the client portal, view training progress, complete homework assignments, and communicate with their trainer. Premium features, including AI-powered training assistance, require a paid subscription.
5. Payments
Payments between clients and trainers are processed through Stripe. K-Nine Pros facilitates these transactions but does not handle funds directly. Subscription fees for platform features (trainer subscriptions and owner premium) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
6. AI Features
Our AI-powered features provide general guidance and suggestions. They are not a substitute for professional dog training advice. Always consult with a qualified trainer for specific behavioral or training concerns.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use K-Nine Pros to engage in any unlawful activity, harass other users, post false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
K-Nine Pros is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or financial losses related to training services arranged through our platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
