1. AI Technology Used

K-Nine Pros uses large language models (LLMs) from Anthropic (Claude) to power AI agent features. These models generate text responses based on your input and contextual data from your account. AI agents are clearly identified as non-human in the interface.

2. Data Collection During AI Interactions

When you interact with AI agents, we collect: your messages, AI responses, timestamps, session metadata, and usage metrics. This data is used to improve AI quality, enforce usage quotas, investigate abuse, and comply with regulations. Data is stored for a minimum of 3 years.

3. Limitations of AI

AI-generated content is informational only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI suggestions do not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice. Dog training involves inherent risks; always consult qualified professionals before implementing AI recommendations. K-Nine Pros is not liable for outcomes resulting from AI-generated advice.

4. User Consent

Before using AI features, you must accept the AI Interaction Consent dialog, which authorizes the recording and storage of your conversations. You may decline, in which case AI features will be unavailable. Consent records are stored with timestamp, IP address, and user agent for compliance purposes.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of AI features at any time by declining the consent dialog or by contacting us at legal@kninepros.com. Opting out does not affect your access to non-AI platform features. Previously collected AI interaction data is subject to our data retention policy.
