1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment information), information collected automatically (device info, IP address, usage data), and information from third-party integrations (Google Calendar, Stripe, Calendly).
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send communications, provide AI-powered features, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Interaction Data
When you use AI features, we collect and store your conversation data to improve AI quality, enforce usage quotas, and comply with applicable regulations. AI interaction data is retained for a minimum of 3 years. You consent to this collection by accepting the AI Interaction Consent dialog.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. Consent records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. AI interaction logs are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Your Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to legal@kninepros.com.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling), Calendly (booking), DocuSign (documents), and AI providers (Anthropic). Each has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each integration.
7. Admin Account Access
K-Nine Pros administrators may access user accounts for support purposes. All admin account access is logged in an immutable audit trail with a required reason, timestamp, and administrator identity.
